These Terms of Service govern the use of Sacksera AI and Sera for WhatsApp ordering automation by businesses using the platform.
By accessing or using Sacksera AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.
Sacksera AI provides AI-powered WhatsApp ordering automation for businesses. The platform helps businesses receive, manage, and respond to customer orders through WhatsApp. Sera is the AI assistant persona used inside Sacksera AI to interact with customers during those conversations.
Sacksera AI is offered on a monthly subscription basis, with pricing in Ghana cedis and payment collected through Paystack where applicable. Trial access may be offered for a limited period before billing begins.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time within an active billing cycle. If you cancel, renewal will stop at the end of your current billing period and access may change based on your account status after that period ends.
Sacksera AI is not liable for missed orders, incorrect orders, bot errors, WhatsApp downtime, or Meta API outages. The business owner remains responsible for reviewing and verifying orders before fulfillment, preparing items correctly, and managing delivery or pickup execution.
Customer messages are processed for the purpose of handling inquiries, capturing orders, and supporting order fulfillment. Sacksera AI does not sell message data to third parties. Businesses are responsible for informing their customers that an AI assistant may handle initial replies on WhatsApp.
Sacksera AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, abuse integrations, attempt fraudulent activity, or otherwise create operational or legal risk for the service.
Sacksera AI may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Where appropriate, notice of material changes may be provided by email or through the dashboard.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana.
